This high production wood and timber treating plant is fully operational and is laying dormant since 2009 when it was used for the last time. All the equipment, plumbing and electrical installations are still in place. The plant was updated to meet the canadian regulations in 2007. The cylinders were manufactured in Toronto by TIW Industries LTD.
The plant is situated on a property with access to Canadian Railway and Canadian Pacific Railway tracks as well as a deep marine dock.
The plant is available for lease with full support for the owner or sale.
